Led the end-to-end development of a foam sled line for Amazon, from initial concept through production. Each sled was engineered with a high-density PE foam core and a slick-bottom film to optimize glide performance and durability in snowy environments. The material's versatility enabled bold die-cut forms and vibrant, whimsical graphics — including animal-themed designs — that enhanced shelf appeal and user experience. Focused on manufacturability, material performance, and playful design integration to bring the product vision to life.
